We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various manual tasks across our site, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe working environment. Duties
Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
Supporting the movement of goods and equipment around the site using appropriate tools and techniques
Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising materials as required
Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Skills
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures relevant to manual work
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
