Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a self employed Basies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision Participate in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential Familiarity with construction or manual handling techniques is a plus Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices must have driving license and own vehicle due to various sites across cheltenham and surrounding areas.
