We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.
Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed, including carrying tools and materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when required.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A proactive attitude towards health and safety regulations.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
