Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

General Labourer

to support daily operations in our ductwork manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will assist with the fabrication, handling, and preparation of HVAC ductwork while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of HVAC ductwork and related components Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, and equipment within the facility Operate basic hand tools and power tools (training provided where required) Support machine operators and skilled tradespeople as needed Measure, cut, label, and package ductwork materials according to specifications Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the factory clean and organized Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures Identify and report safety hazards, equipment issues, or damaged materials Carry out other general labour duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or factory work is an asset but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Steel-toe boots and other PPE as required
