Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials using manual handling techniques or basic equipment
Support the organisation and tidiness of the work site, including waste removal and storage of tools and materials
Help with the preparation of work areas, including setting up equipment and safety barriers
Carry out general labouring tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving items as directed by supervisors
Support team members in completing their tasks efficiently and safely
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risk of accidents or injuries
Skills
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
