Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Loft Insulation Labourer to join our installation team. You will assist in installing insulation materials in residential properties to help improve energy efficiency and reduce heat loss. Full training provided. Loft clearances of tenants items will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing loft spaces for insulation installation Loading, carrying, and cutting insulation materials Assisting lead installers on-site Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards Keeping work areas clean and organised Communicating professionally with customers
Requirements:
Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential Physically fit and comfortable working in confined loft spaces Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Full UK driving licence (an advantage) Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious CSCS card is essential
