Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks that support the operational needs of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Carry out general labour tasks including lifting, moving, and loading materials. Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. Report any issues or hazards to management promptly. Be able to Drive and Get to sites themselves

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Strong communication skills to understand instructions clearly. A good level of physical fitness to handle the demands of the role. Familiarity with health and safety regulations is beneficial.
Must be able to Drive and have a car/van to get to work
