We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Duties
Assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising supplies
Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
Moving materials around the site using appropriate tools and equipment
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe workplace
Assisting with general maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
Requirements
Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the day
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual work
A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and punctuality are essential qualities for success in this role
