We're looking for a hardworking and reliable
labourer
to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in and takes pride in their work. You'll be assisting with the construction of arenas, stables, gallops, access roads, drainage, fencing, landscaping, and general site duties.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience on construction or groundwork sites preferred, but not essential
Willingness to carry out a wide range of manual tasks
Assisting machine operators and groundworkers
Helping with drainage, concreting, fencing, landscaping, and site preparation
Ability to follow instructions and work to specification
Happy to muck in with all aspects of the job
Driving licence essential - must be able to travel to our yard and then go out to sites in work vans with the team
Experience on equestrian or rural sites a bonus
Good work ethic, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
