Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks on-site, including; fitting of downpipes and guttering, installing foil and batten to timber frame building and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, working off ladders and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure workplace. Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to operational standards. Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly. Maintain an organised work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role or construction environment is advantageous but not essential. CSCS Card is required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is preferred. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Strong physical fitness and stamina, no fear of heights, capable of lifting heavy loads when required. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.
