We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work effectively within a team environment. Previous experience is not essential but is considered an advantage. Duties
Assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Preparing work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies
Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
Moving materials around the site safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Operating basic machinery or tools if trained or instructed to do so
Reporting any safety hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
Previous manual labour or construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a manual work environment
