A leader within the UK construction market offering bespoke joinery solutions for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects, we are currently looking for a General Labourer for our Workshop, focusing predominantly within the Machine Shop & CNC departments and providing absence cover for the surrounding workshop teams as required.
The position is predominantly Monday to Friday, however there is an element of flexibility to cover some overtime as and when needed.

Main Responsibilities:
Machine cleaning following the health and safety policies and procedures
Waste management
Hoovering/sweeping workshop flooring and stairs
General forklift truck driving
Loading and unloading of products and materials
Keeping key areas clean and tidy in line with fire regulations
Day-to-day maintenance of the Bio-Mass Boiler
Essential skills and competencies:
Prioritising work
Adaptability
Cleaning and general labourer experience
H&S Awareness in using machinery within confined space
Good time management and time keeping
Ability to prioritize workload and deal with busy deadlines
Desirable but not essential skills and awareness:
Forklift skills & licences
Systems exposure to use and update records
