Job Description

Works are based within the North and South Circular of London.

We are Reactive Zero Two and we provide repair and project services to some of the UK's leading retail, hospitality and logistic businesses.

We are putting together a contract extension for a major UK hotel chain and we are expanding our workforce across the London zone. Our works primarily cover locations within the north and south circular, so we welcome candidates from either side. The works are a mix of maintenance and project works involving all trades, so any set of trade skills will be welcomed in the team.

The role

We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of general labourers to support various maintenance teams across London. This is a mobile role where the company will provide train travel fares to accommodate your travel around London to support various maintenance engineers in their duties across our central London sites.

Your responsibilities

Supporting operatives to deliver quality workmanship You will take a proactive approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to properties in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard. You will maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job. Ensure that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times

What you will need;

Experience in general labouring Excellent Communication Skills Ability to work on own or as part of a team

Pay:

30,000 basic starting salary An additional 7.5% bonus scheme is in place to increase earnings Employee discount scheme Regular double time overtime and call outs are available Average company wide operative earnings extend beyond 40,000
