We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting skilled fire door operatives in replacing fire doors on a large scale project. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to undertake manual work in a dynamic environment. Prior experience is not essential but is advantageous; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Duties
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Preparing work sites/Areas in line with H&S requirements
Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
Moving, lifting, and positioning materials safely around the site
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Following health and safety protocols at all times to minimise risks
Assisting with minor maintenance tasks and repairs when needed
Skills
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a construction industrial setting
Reliable, punctual, and organised with a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
Previous experience with Fire Doors is desirable but not mandatory
