Labourer

Connect Grp UK Ltd is proud to be partnering with a leading Main Contractor company based in Oxfordshire, currently seeking a skilled Contract Labourer to join their team for a 6-week project. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in general laboring and a background in interior fit-out to work with a reputable client in the construction industry. The role offers an hourly rate of 16.50p/h, providing competitive compensation for your expertise and efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a General Labourer, ideally within the construction sector. Background in Interior Fit-out, showcasing knowledge of relevant processes and techniques. Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate well with colleagues. Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks and equipment. Valid site safety certification and up-to-date health and safety knowledge. CSCS card
Responsibilities:

Assist with general laboring duties on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Support tradespeople in interior fit-out projects, providing necessary materials and assistance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Help in moving equipment and materials, ensuring they are properly positioned and handled. Participate in daily briefings and follow instructions given by supervisors to meet project goals.
