Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction, maintenance, and site activities. Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Preparing work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required Moving, lifting, and positioning materials safely around the site Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work environment Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment Assisting with minor repairs or maintenance tasks under supervision Ensuring all tools and equipment are used correctly and stored appropriately after use

Skills

Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and organised with a strong work ethic Previous experience in labouring or construction is advantageous but not essential Valid relevant certifications (such as CSCS card) are desirable but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
