Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that work sites are clean, safe, and efficient. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work site. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed. Carry out general maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working order. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with construction or manual handling practices is beneficial. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks.
