Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction and maintenance activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required Follow instructions from supervisors to carry out tasks effectively Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed Maintain a tidy work area to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Strong communication skills to follow directions accurately Physical fitness to handle manual labour tasks effectively
