Responsibilities

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Supporting the organisation and tidiness of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required Moving, lifting, and positioning materials or equipment safely around the site Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Maintaining tools and machinery in good condition through basic cleaning and inspection Participating in site clean-up activities at the end of shifts to uphold cleanliness standards

Skills

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks over extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction or industrial sites Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed Previous experience in manual labour or construction environments is advantageous but not essential Forklift license CIS certificate
