Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Must have CSCS card.

The positions is Monday to Friday - 7am to 7pm paid at 14ph

Saturday overtime rate x 1.5 hours

Sunday overtime rate x 2.0 hours

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties to maintain a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts on various projects. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and providing assistance as needed. Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed throughout the day.

Experience

Must have CSCS card. Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with construction sites or manual handling techniques is advantageous. A strong commitment to health and safety practices is essential. Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated when required. Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report any issues promptly.
