Overview

We are looking for an experienced Labourer to work on a commercial construction site in SO17. This site require a Labourer who will be responsible for ensuring site is kept clean and tidy, sweeping operational areas, moving materials and assisting trades when required. This role requires an experienced Labourer who has worked on big commercial projects, with good references from main contractors in the industry. You will be working on the project which is due to finish in December, and this is a fast moving site, where you will need to be on site Mon - Fri between the hours of 07:30 and 16:30, reporting to the site manager. There is parking on site, as well as great public transport services in the way of Bluestar bus links, as well as frequent train services, running close to site from Winchester, Southampton and Bournemouth.

Pay

16.15/hour (Umbrella Paye)

Responsibilities

Labouring works on a commercial construction site Being on standby for the trades working on the site when needed Moving materials, ensuring that any equipment or site objects are correctly moved to the compound or where site manager has requested Follow all health and safety regulations while on site, including wearing appropriate (PPE). Assist with loading and unloading lorries as necessary, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Experience

Proven experience labouring on commercial construction sites is essential. A valid CSCS Card is required for this site. Must be able to provide Sphere Solutions with 1-2 recently worked references.
