Candidate will be required to provide labouring support for a local joiner. CSCS card and PPE required. 7.30 - 4 working hours.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organised and accessible.
Carry out manual handling tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols.
Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with their tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Skills
Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks effectively.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
