The Role

We're looking for a hands-on General Labourer who is also keen to learn how to operate our paste machine. No prior experience needed - just a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

General Labour Duties:

Sweeping and cleaning polystyrene waste around the workshop Crushing and disposing of polystyrene General workshop cleaning and maintenance Assisting with daily tasks as directed

Trainee Paste Machine Operator Duties:

Learning to run and maintain our paste machine Preparing materials and assisting with production Working under guidance until fully trained Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area

Who We're Looking For:

Physically fit and healthy -- this is an active, manual job Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn Driving licence preferred (but not essential) Must be punctual, tidy, and able to follow instructions

Lee-on-the-Solent, PO13 9GX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
