Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer/all rounder to join our team on a private 200 acre estate near Windsor, Berks.

As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other general labor duties. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Skills:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

- Some basic bricklaying/pointing skills would be beneficial but not essential
