Job Overview

We are looking to recruit a highly-motivated individual to join our team to assist in the manufacturing and delivery of ductwork. They will need to be flexible and able to perform different duties as this role will involve general labouring jobs and day to day duties within the factory as well as delivering goods in and around London when necessary.

Duties

Assist with general workshop duties, including:

Painting Lifting and shifting materials Cutting mezz frames Sealing ducts and prepping jobs for site Carry out local and long-distance deliveries/collections in company LWB and XLWB van.
Act as backup support to our full-time driver when:

Delivery schedules are full Deliveries are widely spread or urgent Late job requests come in during the day

Skills

Experience as a delivery driver or van driver is advantageous. Familiarity with driving XLWB vans is a plus. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively. Ability to drive various vehicles safely and responsibly. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not essential. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on challenges.
