Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be at least 23 and have a full driving licence

Duties

Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials. Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is advantageous. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
