A lovely, supportive primary school in the South Croydon area is looking for a

dedicated General Learning Support Assistant

to join their

Year 3 team

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within lower KS2 and wants to make a real impact in the classroom.

About the Role

Provide

general classroom support

in a Year 3 class Assist with group work, guided learning sessions and day?to?day classroom tasks Support pupils with varying learning needs to help them stay engaged and make progress Work closely with the class teacher and wider year group team Help maintain a positive, inclusive and well?structured learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

Experience supporting children in primary education (SEN experience beneficial but not essential) Positive, proactive and confident in a busy KS2 setting Strong communication skills and the ability to build supportive relationships Reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's learning Able to work collaboratively as part of a friendly, committed team
