It's a place where you can thrive and achieve. Where you're encouraged and enabled and empowered to feel pride in the work you do. The clue is in the name, really. We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We want to represent the city we serve, which will help us become a more innovative and efficient organisation. Our goal is to make our recruitment as inclusive as possible. We are a disability confident employer who guarantee an interview to any disabled candidate who meets all of the essential criteria.

Important Information
Depending on the placements you could work a variation of hours, including shifts, which may include night shifts, weekend or bank holiday working for operational placements.
TfL has workplaces all over London from Zones 1-6, although the majority of your scheme will be spent in central London offices with hybrid working: 50% on-site and 50% remote. The team hosting your placement will have preferred days of the week for working in the office together, and we expect you to join them there.
You will also spend at least two months in an operational environment such as a Tube station, where there is an expectation you'll experience- which could include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Everyone's experience will vary: for example, those who wish to specialise in operations can stay longer and experience more, while TfL will make reasonable adjustments for anyone who requires them.
