Job Description

We're currently recruiting for a General Management Graduate to join our Circularity function where were focusing on where resources are used, minimising waste and maximising regeneration. As part of our 2-year graduate programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across our division- learning how we produce essential materials for the UK construction industry and how we manage our teams and operations.
What you'll be doing
As part of our 2-year graduate programme, you'll rotate through key areas of the business, including:

  • Operations
  • Commercial
  • Customer Services & Logistics
  • Technical & Product Development
You'll be learning from the ground up- operating mobile plant, supporting audits, engaging with customers, and contributing to safety and process improvements. No two days are the same, and your impact will be visible in the roads, buildings, and communities we help build!
Your Development

What we're looking for...
Essential:
  • A degree in any subject
  • Willingness to travel and work across UK & Ireland
  • Full UK manual driving licence
Desirable:
  • Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills
  • A safety-first mindset
  • Curiosity, motivation, and a love of learning
  • Enthusiasm for construction, manufacturing, and production
