to lead from the front and be the face of the business.

About the Role

This is a

hands-on, floor-focused

management role in a high-volume cafe with quick customer turnover. You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations, delivering top-tier customer service, and supporting a motivated and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service to all customers Preparing and supervising drinks to Barista standards Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to ensure an outstanding food and drink offering Working with our Marketing Assistant to plan events and promote the venue across social media Ensuring the cafe is always clean, safe, and up to hygiene standards Recruiting and managing staff, creating rotas based on turnover budgets Handling stock control, ordering, and maintaining GP% targets Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue
