About the Role
As the General Manager of Innoflate Livingston, you will take the lead in running a vibrant, fast-paced inflatable adventure park. You'll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Lead all day-to-day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction
Oversee Duty Managers and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed
Maintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venue
Cafe & Parties
Deliver smooth and efficient cafe service with full adherence to food safety standards
Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service
Oversee successful party and group event delivery
Reception & Guest Experience
Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage
Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
Health & Safety
Complete daily venue safety checks
Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations
Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team
People & Culture
Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans
Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment
Financial Leadership
Manage payroll, banking, petty cash, and invoice submissions
Support revenue generation and maintain cost control in line with company forecasts
Present monthly performance updates to the Senior Leadership Team
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' management experience
An enthusiastic person boasting a sincere passion for developing people
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Eligibility to work in the UK
