Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of the business. Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (e.g., restaurant, hotel)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
