General Manager - Amazing Social Entertainment Venue

A fantastic General Manager opportunity now exists in Norwich for this exciting and fast paced social entertainment venue who are part of a well respected and highly successful private group of companies. My client wants to recruit a General Manager who is people focused and a commercial leader who enjoys making decisions and having the autonomy to drive the business forward.

My client is an expanding provider of social entertainment venues and are looking for an exceptional General Manager to manage a site in Norwich. Offering a fully interactive and engaging customer experience my client really wants to deliver an unforgettable and world class visit each and every time a guest walks through the door.

As the General Manager, you will be tasked with the day-to-day management of all elements to do with the site. This includes Operations, Food & Beverage, Health & Safety, and Finance, with a key focus on driving attendance through different Sales techniques. Using your experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, you will be expected to develop and engage with your staff, ensure outstanding customer service, and maximise sales, whilst hitting your EBITDA.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a management role in Leisure, Retail or Hospitality
• Managing a fast-paced Food & Beverage operation, including a licensed bar, is essential
• An ability to proactively build relationships with local organisations
• An excellent track record of hitting and exceeding multi million pound targets
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and experience implanting them
• Sound operational management
