We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in food preparation and restaurant management. Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests.
Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement training programmes for staff, focusing on culinary skills, hospitality, and customer service excellence.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene practices throughout the establishment.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events and menu offerings.
Experience
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Experience in serving customers within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
