As the driving force behind our hotel operation, you'll embody the Gleneagles spirit, serving as both a strategic leader and a passionate brand ambassador. With an unwavering focus on service excellence and people development, you'll provide clear direction and visionary leadership across all departments
You'll ensure seamless collaboration between each of your teams, expertly communicating to create the ultimate experience for our guests at every stage of their journey, from first impression to fond farewell
Commercially astute, results-driven, and adept in running a profitable hotel you'll hold full accountability for the hotel's financial performance, expertly managing revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency from end to end
With an eye for detail and a deep respect for our heritage, you'll oversee capital projects and product enhancements with care and clarity, always safeguarding the elegance, quality, and integrity of the estate
You'll consistently see our service through our guests 'eyes; anticipating needs, elevating touchpoints, and ensuring every visit to Gleneagles is not just memorable, but exceptional
A skilled communicator and thoughtful mentor, you'll support and coach our departmental leader, bringing our values to life through everyday action and inspiring others to deliver their very best
Setting the tone and leading by example, you'll nurture a team culture where your team feel valued and convey this warmth and thoughtfulness to others through the delivery of exceptional service that feels distinctly Gleneagles

You'll use rigorous logic to consistently assess and refine our operational practices; probing for answers, seeing hidden problems, analysing situations, looking beyond the obvious, making good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, and experience
Working seamlessly with our operational leaders on a day-to-day basis, you'll role model the impact of a collaborative and joined-up way of working to both our people and our guests
