What you'll be doing:

Running the daily show (and keeping it fun while you do) Inspiring, training, and supporting the team to keep standards sky-high Bringing fresh ideas to menus & specials - keeping us on trend and on point Delivering outstanding customer service that keeps people coming back Keeping the kitchen sharp - ensuring food safety and high standards are never in question

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a similar role (you know your way around both front & back of house) A natural leader who thrives in a buzzing, fast-paced environment Someone who can balance high standards with a smile

Open evenings Wednesday through to Sunday
