42,000 - 47,500 + up to 50% bonusReports to:

As General Manager, you'll:
Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities Manage costs and oversee the site's P&L Deliver exceptional guest experiences every time Champion brand standards and maintain top health & safety
You're a natural leader with experience in high-volume, guest-facing roles--ideally branded. Commercially savvy, people-focused, and passionate about hospitality, you're ready to take ownership and make Mill House the go-to destination in Redhill.
