Salary: Up to 40,000 per year + Relocation Package up to 3,000 + NSO bonus


Set in the heart of Betws-y-Coed -- the "Gateway to Snowdonia" -- our newly acquired and soon-to-be-transformed bakery to one of the most breathtaking hospitality settings in North Wales. Surrounded by the stunning Gwydir Forest Park and located beside a working train station, our site will serve both the local community and the thousands of adventurers who visit the area each year.


We are redeveloping the former Alpine Cafe into a flagship bakery destination featuring:


200 covers A grab-and-go outdoor kiosk A beautiful orangery Extensive outdoor seating front and back A high-quality, production-led bakery at the heart of the operation (Rise)

With such a unique and high-capacity venue, we're searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead this exciting new chapter.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding service, impeccable food quality, and smooth coordination across a large team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy, fast-paced environment where community connection, team development, and operational excellence are key.
