We are looking for an experienced publican, who has experience in running a pub that serves food and managing a team of people.
Duties:
Serving customers with a smile and assuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything you do.
Cash management.
Beer and stock ordering. Assuring stock ordered is in line with GP margins.
Line cleaning, all cellar and cask management.
Managing staff rotas, holidays and sickness leave.
Hiring of staff.
Training staff regularly and assessing any areas needing improvement and provide relevant training.
Planning of events, new menus and schemes and creatively marketing thein house and on social media.
To responsibly serve alcoholic drinks in line with current legislations and inform staff on how to do so.
Working with the Head Chef to create and develop menu and support back of house where possible.
