Our venue boasts a stunning rooftop space, event space and bar area, where guests can enjoy live music, DJs, and a lively atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and take our bar to new heights.

Role Overview

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fast-paced, high-volume wet-led venue. From managing operations to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our rooftop bar.

Key Responsibilities

:
- Leadership: Lead by example, inspire your team, and foster a positive work environment.
- Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and compliance.
- Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest, from the moment they step onto our rooftop.
- Events and Entertainment: Curate an exciting line up of live music, DJs, and special events to keep our guests coming back for more.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the bar and attract new customers.
- Health and Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications and Experienc

e:
- Previous Management Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a busy bar or nightclub.
- Passion for Hospitality: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Event Management Skills: You know how to create buzz-worthy events and entertainment that draw crowds.
- People Skills: You're a natural leader who can motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Personal License: A personal license to sell alcohol is essential.
