General Manager- Central South Coast - Catering
We are a diverse forty-year-old bakery specialising in traditional, speciality and artisan bread, cakes and savoury products. We retail through our shops, markets, events, delivery service and general outside catering. We have steadily expanded over the last four years to the extent of needing an all-round hands-on Manager who has the ability, experience, drive and enthusiasm to manage and improve on all areas of the business. This is a complex roll and relevant experience with great customer service ability and engaging personality is essential.
To be considered, the following criteria must be met
1/. Previous business owner who understands bottom line profitability and commitment to the needs of the business
2/. Proven track record of increasing sales and reducing costs
3/. Wide experience of staff training and management
4/. Catering and hospitality experience
5/. B2B and B2C experience
6/. Able to work Saturdays and early starts. But always to the business needs.
This is a fabulous and unusual opportunity with a salary expectation that could reach 60-70,000 in the first year (basic plus incentives, bonuses and salary increases)
