The Trampoline Park Manager is responsible for the overall operations, safety, staff management, and guest experience at the park. This position ensures that all day-to-day activities run smoothly, guests are satisfied, employees are performing effectively, and the facility maintains the highest standards in cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Oversee daily park operations including opening/closing procedures.
Ensure all attractions are operational and maintained to safety standards.
Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and concession items.
Schedule and coordinate birthday parties, group events, and special programs.
2. Staff Supervision & Training
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate park staff including front desk, court monitors, party hosts, and custodial crew.
Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests.
Conduct regular team meetings and ongoing training in safety protocols and customer service.
Provide leadership, motivation, and discipline as needed.
3. Guest Services & Customer Satisfaction
Greet guests and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor crowd flow and manage peak-time guest experiences.
Ensure all guests follow safety rules and park guidelines.
Encourage a friendly and welcoming environment for all visitors.
4. Safety & Risk Management
Enforce and oversee adherence to all safety protocols and injury prevention procedures.
Conduct daily safety checks of trampolines, foam pits, and other attractions.
Respond to incidents, accidents, or injuries, and complete required reports
5. Financial & Administrative Duties
Track daily revenue, cash handling, and deposits.
Generate performance reports and manage budgetary goals.
Assist in marketing efforts, promotions, and social media presence.
Manage vendor relationships for supplies, repairs, and maintenance.
6. Facility Maintenance
Ensure the park is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors for repairs.
Oversee upkeep of restrooms, cafe areas, and party rooms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
