Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

General Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties



Lead and supervise all restaurant and hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards. Manage staff schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all departments. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards. Monitor financial performance, optimise costs, and maximise revenue opportunities. Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing feedback promptly and professionally. Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of ingredients, equipment, and supplies. Organise staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training initiatives. Foster a positive team environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.

Proven

supervising experience

within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong

team management

skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Extensive

restaurant experience

Pay: 36,000.00-48,000.00 per year
