We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our establishment, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in food preparation and restaurant management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to guide our team and deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.

Duties

Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee food production processes, maintaining quality standards in food preparation and presentation. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team. Implement effective strategies for customer service excellence, resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the front of house and back of house. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality service. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among employees.

Experience

Proven experience in a role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants or hotels. Strong background in food preparation and culinary arts is highly desirable. Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is an advantage. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
