General Manager Café
Job Description
We are a destination, independent garden centre with a great reputation, and a cafe known for the quality of it's food, beverages and customer experience. Our cafe is open 7 days a week, 9am-4pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am-4pm Sunday. We are looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager who will be 'hands on', predominately front of house, and responsible for the day to day running of the cafe, reporting into the Garden Centre Manager, but with a lot of autonomy and creative freedom. At the end of last year we opened a new Cafe, trebling it's size, the successful applicant will help us drive and develop our offering in it's new enviroment. The role requires strong administration and team management skills and of course a passion for great food and customer service. Rowan Garden Centre is going through an exciting period of growth and development, so we need excellent people to join an already excellent team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
