As Practice Manager, you will be central to keeping the practice running at this high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of one of Cambridge's highest-demand dental practices
with a special emphasis on improving the experience of our patients
Ensure smooth patient flow, same-day access, and exceptional service
Oversee and support a team of dentists, nurses, receptionists, and support staff
Manage rotas, HR processes, training, and performance reviews
Maintain compliance with
CQC
,
HTM
, and
GDPR
regulations
Monitor KPIs, productivity, and patient satisfaction
Handle patient escalations professionally and efficiently
Drive continuous improvement and uphold our reputation for rapid problem-solving
Collaborate with central management across our wider dental group
What We're Looking For
Experience as a
Practice Manager
,
Assistant Manager
, or
Team Leader
(dental or healthcare preferred, but not essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
A proactive, solution-driven mindset
Comfort with digital systems and practice management software
Someone who thrives in a structured, KPI-focused role
Must be GDC registered.

Since the first practice opened in the early 90's, our ethos has never changed: outstanding care at affordable prices, always at the convenience of the patient. We invest in the very best technology and facilities, ensuring patients have access to class leading services. Our Cambridge Practice is modern with lots of natural light, and located in central Cambridge, with parking available.
Your responsibilities will be:
Organising and overseeing the staff rota
Diary coordination
Front of house.
Lead, train and motivate a large team of Dentists, Nurses and Receptionists

Complaints
What we provide
Up to 40,000 per year (including up to 4000 in bonus pay)
48 hours per week, with at least one weekend day per week.
Bonus pay based on targets
Full training will be provided, and we are aware it will take a few weeks for a capable individual to get into the swing of things. This will be provided by an existing experienced management team.
