Job Description

Bosco opened 12 years ago in Bristol, and since then we have spread our love for all things Italian in Bristol, Cheltenham and Bath- and Cardiff is next!

We are looking for someone with a big personality, who can bring fun to the restaurant floor, whilst being able to inspire and train our team and inspire our customers through their passion for Italian food, produce & wine.

A strong background at General manager level is needed with the ability to run busy services with a smile on your face, maintaining Bosco's reputation for high service & food standards and being a face of the restaurant.

You will need great communication skills and strong financial understanding in order to control your wage & gross profit budgets.

Pay

Base salary 40K

OTE service charge 10-15K

Target based bonus of 4K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-56,000.00 per year
