General Manager
For one of our premium businesses in Central Cardiff. We are looking for an experienced GM, with the skill sets and personality to match the high standards we set for our customers in our existing premises. You will be city-centre savvy with a great grasp of the financial disciplines required to successfully manage a thriving business. Experience in a food-leaning offer would be to your advantage and you will work with our Development Chef and his team on seasonal menus, daily specials and Sunday Roasts
