The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of house operations, leading the team in a structured and organised way, and ensuring that every guest receives excellent Italian hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the front of house team
Organise staff shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and cleanliness
Train and support team members to ensure consistency and professionalism
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Work closely with the kitchen and management team
Requirements
Previous experience in a front of house management role is essential
This position is not suitable for students
Proven ability to manage and organise a team effectively
Strong leadership and communication skills
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
