with passion, energy, and a real sense of adventure to take the helm of this brand-new venue.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the opening of our new site with the full support of the Hampshire Pub Co. team Building and motivating a brand-new crew to deliver incredible guest experiences Driving sales and profitability while keeping a sharp eye on cost control and standards Ensuring food, drink, and service are all top-notch -- every single time Creating a positive, fun, and professional culture that reflects the Rapscallions spirit Managing stock, rotas, training, and all aspects of daily operations

What We're Looking For

A proven track record as a

General Manager

Experience running high-volume pubs, bars, or restaurants A natural leader who thrives on people development and guest satisfaction Strong financial acumen and attention to detail Energy, ambition, and the desire to be part of something exciting and growing
